Our Process
We are often asked how we work, what projects we take on, and what is the process once we are engaged. We make sure that our process is to keep work simple and straightforward.
We keep the lines of communication open. We cover you no matter if you want to be fully hands-on or prefer we completely tailor the design for you.
Stage 1 - Initial Design Brief
We begin each project with our very own project planning consultation. In consultation, we establish your brief and aspirations, the scope of work and your budget.
Stage 2 - Design Stage
- Conceptual Design - We prepare and present planning options and initial concepts that respond to both the aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Design Development - Once you have approved the conceptual design, we will prepare corresponding design documents according to CDC/DA requirements and the reports from various professional consultants.
Stage 3 - CDC/DA Submission & Approval
This stage incorporates the changes from the Design Development stage and devising the best strategies for getting approval.
Stage 4 - Construction Drawings/ Interior Design
We are happy to provide construction drawings and interior design services as requested by our client.

Stage 5 - The Build Process
